St. Louis · Since 1982
St. Louis comfort food, sports & good company — since 1982.
Our Story
Opened in 1982, Yesterday's became a fixture of Woodson Terrace — the kind of place where the bartender knew your order and the game was always on. After a long run, the doors closed in 2023.
In March 2024, siblings Melissa & Michael Feger brought it back to life. Same warmth, same sports-bar soul, and the same homemade comfort food the neighborhood missed: St. Louis classics, generous plates, and a welcome that feels like coming home.

“Homemade, warm, and exactly the neighborhood spot Woodson needed.”

A welcoming spot with friendly, attentive staff and generous portions — the pork steak, burgers and fried gooey butter cake get top marks. Reasonable prices, hearty comfort food; service can run slow when it's busy.
“Best pork steak in St. Louis — hands down. Generous portions, and the gooey butter cake is worth the trip alone.”
“Friendly staff, cozy sports-bar vibe, and prices that actually make sense. We drive in from the county just for it.”
“The Fegers brought this place back to life. Homemade, warm, and exactly the neighborhood spot Woodson needed.”
“Food is outstanding — toasted ravioli, the burger, you name it. Service gets slow when it's packed, but it's worth the wait.”
